Code of Conduct

Reconciled is dedicated to providing a safe, educational and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of Entrepreneur Summit participants in any form. Any participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of the Reconciled staff and will not be permitted at future Reconciled events.

We require that all participants:
*Respect the boundaries of other attendees
*Avoid aggressively pushing your own services, products or causes
*Respect confidentiality requests by speakers and other attendees
*Refrain from inappropriate, disruptive or abusive behavior

These behaviors will not be tolerated:
*Being disruptive, drinking excessively, stalking, follow or threatening anyone
*Abuse of power (including abuses related to position, wealth, race or gender)
*Homophobia, racism or behavior that discriminates against a group or class of people
*Sexual harassment of any kind, including unwelcome sexual attention and inappropriate physical contact
*Deliberate verbal or physical intimidation
*Sustained disruption of talks or other events
*Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors

By purchasing a ticket to, working for, vending at or sponsoring the Reconciled Entrepreneur Summit and After Party you agree to the policies set forth above.

Reporting an Incident
If you’re being harassed or notice that someone else is being harassed, please find a member of the Reconciled team at the event and/or email us at Summit@getreconciled.co. The Reconciled staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the summit.
